At Royal T Hair Extensions., customer satisfaction is our number one priority. We stand 100% behind the quality of our products.  Our hair is carefully hand inspected by our fulfillment department before leaving our office. Due to the nature of our product, and because each individual piece comes from a separate donor, we cannot guarantee hair color or texture.

PAYMENTS

All terms of payment are always 100% upfront. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged. We accept all major credit cards through the merchant PayPal service and Stripe.  We have zero tolerance for credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise. Any fraudulent purchases will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!

DISCOUNTS / COUPONS

Only one coupon may be used per order.  Any order pertaining more than one coupon will NOT be honored.  Discounts will not be honored on sale items that have already been marked down. 

EXCHANGES

Please note, orders may be modified or changed before shipping but never cancelled for “full refund”. Store credit may be given or exchange may be approved ( at company’s discretion) if product is in it’s ORIGINAL STATE ONLY. Requests for exchanges or store credit must be made within 3 business days of receipt of product(s). We will not accept any merchandise, which has been used or altered (unraveled, colored, washed, brushed, combed or cut) in any way.
